What is the 30-Day Challenge at P1 Fitness?

The 30-Day Challenge is a one-month personal training trial at P1 Fitness in Manchester. It includes 2-3 small group training sessions per week, a body scan, and nutrition and lifestyle support—ideal for busy professionals aged 30–50.

Is the 30-Day Challenge suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The challenge is designed for beginners and returners to training. You’ll receive expert guidance, individual support, and a friendly environment from day one.

What if I have injuries or mobility issues?

No problem. Our coaches are trained to adapt your workouts to any short or long-term injuries so you can train safely and build strength over time.

How much time do I need to commit?

The challenge requires just 2–3 sessions per week. Each session is coached, efficient, and tailored—perfect for busy people who want results without wasting time.

What happens after the 30 days?

If you love the experience, you can continue as a member. We'll help you choose a flexible plan that fits your schedule and goals. No pressure—just great training.

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

P1 Fitness reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must live or work within reasonable distance of P1 Fitness Studio in Manchester City Centre.

Entry Period

Entries are open on a rolling monthly basis. One winner will be selected each month.

How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form with your details. Only one entry per person per month is allowed. Email addresses must be valid and verified to complete entry.

Prize

The prize is a complimentary 21-day personal training trial at P1 Fitness. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted by phone or email. If we can’t reach the winner within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen.
