Starts with 1on1 with a coach. This is our chance to get to know you and personalise your sessions by understanding your abilities and goals.
You’ll also get open access the hourly running Personal Training Sessions for a week.

With over 50x PT sessions per week available, P1 is the most flexible training gym in Manchester.
Small Group PT sessions are what we do. They run hourly at the busiest times and you can easily book the best session via our app. -
Small Group PT in P1 is not a bootcamp. It’s not a class.
It’s a more social, time and cost-effective alternative to 1on1 PT with maximum 6 people sharing a coach. -

During the 7-day RESET, you can train as much as you like. Most people do 2-4 sessions in that week, but with PT sessions running hourly, finding the time won’t be an issue.

Yes. We’ll guide you through simple, realistic nutrition habits that support fat loss and energy — no strict meal plans, just sustainable advice based on what works in the real world.
During your 1on1, will discuss what approach would work best for you.

If you’ve love training in P1, you can easily transition to full membership. Our memberships are simple, no contracts, to tie-ins, only a 60 day cancellation period and are available from £229/m - justified by qualified coaching, attention, atmosphere and genuine results.
If you can not commit to a full membership, we do have PAY-AS-YOU-GO options for complete flexibility.
