A woman giving a presentation to a small group in a conference room. The slide on the wall reads "Women’s Power Hour" with her name, Abbi Ulreg, and her title, Founder of P1 Fitness. The room has a white ceiling with recessed lights, a projector on the table, and various beverages and snacks.

A presentation slide titled 'Hormonal Contraception' lists various options including combined pill, progesterone-only mini pill, copper intrauterine device, hormone IUD, implant, vitamin depletion, regular testing, and targeted supplementation. I’ve struggled with my hormones for most of my life…getting a diagnosis of PCOS at the age of 30! I’ve seen women I love affected by Endometriosis, Ovarian Cancer, Breast Cancer, Early Onset Menopause, Perimenopause, Menopause and fertility issues. I’m not the only one, over the years, I’ve spoken to hundreds of women about their own battles with their hormones.

I’m keen to create a safe space for women of all ages to speak to other like minded women, listen to each other’s stories and realise they are not alone. Provide support, reassurance and guidance to improve everyone’s quality of life. That’s why I’ve set up the “Women’s Power Hour”

Looking forward to meeting you all!

Love,

Abby
