WHY 90% DON’T MAKE IT

January felt extremely long this year, didn't it?

Well, we're some days into February now, which means 97% of people have already given up on their fitness...

Again...

I'm a firm believer that there are 3 main reason people fail:

REASON 1

Instant gratification is a virus spreading in our society currently.

We have all the food, all the movies, all the tunes, coffees, snacks and even dates at our finger tips.

Only a press of a button and we're there.

Unfortunately, fitness and health works the old fashioned way:
You must spend months of doing the work and only then you will see the results.

See, people go to the gym or running for a few weeks and think:

"Well, I had 5 sessions and I'm still not in shape... also, this s$#t is kinda hard!"

So they give up way before their bodies had a chance to change.

REASON 2

They copy or buy some influencer/fitness model's online workout routine that teaches them nothing.

No help with correct execution...

No explanation why...

No help with consistency...

Basically, no structure.

A run on Monday, a spin class on Wednesday, a free tastes session in the local bootcamp on Friday is NOT a structured workout routine...

REASON 3

They try doing something they hate...

I left this one to last, but really, it's my personal pet hate!

Join a gym, bootcamp, running club where you look forward to going!

Or at least a place you don't hate so much that you find any minor inconvenience getting in the way of training...

If only I knew a place in Manchester that takes care of all the above issues:

✅
A gym with a proven track-record in building consistency for City Centre professionals

✅ A gym where every time you're in, you're coached through a structured weight lifting programme

✅ A gym full of lovely people where you work hard, but also have a laugh doing it

If there was a place like that, surely you'd give it 30 days to see what it's like, wouldn't you? 😊

You're in luck, you're able to do just that here:
