Everyone has an opinion.

Jenny in the office, for example, swears by the 9-to-5 diet...

1️⃣ You must train every day!


Not true

Who's got time for that anyway?!

If you're smart about it, you can get into fantastic shape training 2-3 times per week.


2️⃣ Cardio is the best way to lose weight!

No, a calorie deficit is the only way to lose body fat.


3️⃣ Carbs make you fat!

Incorrect.


Consistently eating more calories than your body needs causes you to gain body fat.


4️⃣ You must feel sore after the workout, otherwise it didn't work!

Unless your main goal is to be dead sore, muscle soreness is a terrible way to rate a workout.

If this was the case, all you'd need is a friend who is willing to punch you in the shoulders a few times to get a wider look...

I mean, they'd be sore right?


5️⃣ My personal favourite: Lifting weights make women bulky!

Don't even look at that dumbbell, Jenny!

No, no, put it down!

S#*t, now you've done it, you look like Arnie!

Nope, won't happen!

You're not going to wake up one morning too big.

What will happen is:

You will start feeling firmer in the right areas...

... legs and butt, no bingo wings, better posture, etc...
