    You’ll also get open access the hourly running Personal Training Sessions for a week.

  • With over 50x PT sessions per week available, P1 is the most flexible training gym in Manchester.

    Small Group PT sessions are what we do. They run hourly at the busiest times and you can easily book the best session via our app.

  • Small Group PT in P1 is not a bootcamp. It’s not a class.
    It’s a more social, time and cost-effective alternative to 1on1 PT with maximum 6 people sharing a coach.

    During your 1on1, will discuss what approach would work best for you.

  • If you’ve love training in P1, you can easily transition to full membership. Our memberships are simple, no contracts, to tie-ins, only a 60 day cancellation period and are available from £229/m - justified by qualified coaching, attention, atmosphere and genuine results.
