Struggling to hit your macros?

You’re not alone.

Between work, life, and trying to eat well, it can get overwhelming. Here are 5 simple tips to keep you on track 👇

1. Protein first 🍳
Aim for 20–40g of protein at every meal. Meat, yoghurt, whey, eggs — whatever you digest well. Mixing it up keeps things interesting and helps you hit your target without stressing at 8pm.

2. Pack in fruit & veg 🥦🍓
Add 2–3 portions of fruit or veg per meal. Fresh or frozen — doesn’t matter. Both are brilliant for gut health, energy, and micronutrients.

3. Choose your carbs 🍚🥯
Rice, pasta, bagels, cereal — none is “better” than the other. Pick what you enjoy and digest well. Don’t overcomplicate it.

4. Don’t forget fats 🥑🧀
Fats are key for brain function and hormones. Just watch portion size — they’re calorie dense. Olive oil, avocado, nuts, feta = great options.

5. Enjoy your food 😋
Don’t force meals you hate just because some influencer eats them. There’s plenty of choice — make food you look forward to that still supports your goals.

👉 Build 3–4 meals a day around these 5 rules and you’ll be fuelling your body, hitting your macros, and actually enjoying it along the way.
