HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY ABBY!

Some people just seem to have it all…

P1 founder, Abby is one of them! Even though she’s now 40 years old, she only looks 25…

… Add to this, the amazing physique, boss lady job, make-up and hair always on point, kind and caring… Even has an extremely handsome husband!

… but you’re right, we’re not talking about me...  (the husband)

People see the above when they look at her, but there is soooo much under the surface!

We met when she was 29, in a gym in Rochdale…

Sounds glamorous?

The first time we spoke, we started chatting about fitness.

She was a runner she said.

I could tell, she was skinny.

She said she wanted ‘lines’ in her stomach like Jessica Ennis.

She meant tone up, so the shapely, athletic outlines of her abs started to show.

I told her she needed to start weight lifting.

(Whether to support your body with running or for ‘toning’ weight lifting is essential)

She said, cool, show me how!

… and the rest is history, right?

Not quite!

HER PROGRAMME

You want to know the exciting stuff though, don’t you?

The secret diet plan she used to get in quite literally the best shape of her life for her 40th birthday…

The secret training method that perhaps you’ve got to be ‘in the know’ to do…

Maybe it was the weight-loss tea Karen at work is selling! (Ok, now we’re being silly)

I told you about the fact Abby gets ID’d in M&S still, even at 40…

What I haven’t told you, is that ever since that sunny July day in 2012, I personally witnessed her starting out lifting weights in the gym…

And there has not been a week since, where she didn’t train at least 3 times!

Or the fact that we have to exclude her from MyZone challenges in the gym, because Abby trains the most out of everyone!!!

That’s 11 years of consistency for you!

Have I mentioned she has PCOS too?

In Summary.

The research, the trial has been done for you…

It works…

Try this:
- Hydrate properly

- Get 10k steps in

- Fix your sleeping habits

- Limit alcohol and junk food

- Lift weights 2-4x per week

- Eat 1g protein / lb ideal bodyweight

Do this for 6 months and you’ll realize no one is born fit and anyone can do it.
