Frequently Asked Questions:
30-Day Strength & Longevity challenge
What is the P1 30-Day Challenge?
The P1 30-Day Challenge is a structured strength and fitness personal training programme for busy professionals in Manchester. It’s designed to help people in their 30s and 40s build strength, lose fat, and feel healthier — all without spending hours in the gym. You’ll train with expert coaches in a supportive, small-group setting and see real results in just one month.
Who is the 30-Day Challenge for?
It’s for real people with busy lives — not gym rats or fitness fanatics.
If you’re in your 30s to 50s, juggling work, family, and stress, and want to look, feel and move better — this is for you. You don’t need to be fit to start; you just need to be ready to take the first step.
What kind of personal training will I do?
You’ll follow Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) — a smarter alternative to traditional classes or 1:1 PT. Sessions combine strength training, mobility, and conditioning to improve your energy, fitness and body composition, safely and sustainably.
How is this different from a regular gym membership?
No crowds. No guesswork. No egos.
Unlike a normal gym, everything is coached, programmed, and prepared for you. You never have to wait for equipment or wonder what to do. Just show up and train with purpose in a private, expert-led environment.
Can I do the challenge if i’m injured or have aches and pains?
No problem. Our expert coaches modify every session to suit your ability or injury status. Whether you’ve had back pain, shoulder issues, or are just getting back into fitness — we’ll help you train safely and confidently.
How often can I train?
You can train as much as you like during your 30 days. Most people train 2–3 times a week. We have sessions throughout the day, so you can always find something that fits your schedule.
Will I get help with my diet?
Yes. We’ll guide you through simple, realistic nutrition habits that support fat loss and energy — no strict meal plans, just sustainable advice based on what works in the real world.
Do I have to be fit to start?
No — you just need to show up. The 30-Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into training, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress safely.
What happens after the 30 days?
You’ll feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — and you’ll have momentum. From there, many members continue with our ongoing personal training memberships to keep building strength and staying consistent for the long haul.
