How do I get started?

Everyone in P1 starts with our 30day TRIAL , no exceptions! This helps you get a taste of what we do and gives you a chance to get into a routine with training and nutrition. The TRIAL also ensures that you are surrounded by genuine, like-minded people when you train with us.

How can I train in a small group with people who have different fitness goals?

Our sessions are personal training, not class based. This means that we have a skeleton plan everyone follows, but we take time to tailor and individualise your journey.
Have a look a bit higher up on the page to see the wide variety of people we train together in small groups. The results speak for themselves!

I need to lose weight, can I do this from day 1 on the Foundation 7 or do I need to wait?

We can get started on that from day 1! We often find people lose weight by just focusing on the foundations, without going ‘on a diet’…
About 60% of our members never “move on” from the Foundation 7 stage, as they find this gets them the results they’re happy with and most importantly able to maintain.
